1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering for, accessing or using Kwiify, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information, have legal capacity to use the services and comply with applicable Nigerian laws and service-provider requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your password, transaction PIN, OTP and device secure. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not create an account using false, stolen or misleading information.
3. Identity verification
Some services or limits require identity verification. We may request KYC information, restrict features while verification is pending, and suspend access where submitted information cannot be verified or presents a compliance risk.
4. Wallet and payments
The Kwiify wallet is used to pay for services available on the platform and is not represented as a bank account. Funding methods, charges, limits and settlement times may vary. Users must confirm recipient details, service selections and amounts before authorising transactions.
5. Digital services
Kwiify may provide airtime, data, cable TV, electricity, exam pins, betting-account funding, bulk SMS, transfers, travel search and other services through third-party providers. Availability and delivery depend on the selected provider, network, biller, payment partner and account eligibility.
6. Prices, fees and discounts
Applicable prices, fees, discounts and total deductions are displayed before or during a transaction. They may change when providers change their pricing. The price shown at final confirmation applies to that request unless an obvious technical or pricing error occurred.
7. Pending, failed and reversed transactions
A transaction may be marked pending while Kwiify or a provider confirms its outcome. Failed transactions eligible for reversal will be handled after verification. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, provider response and reconciliation process. Contact support with the transaction reference if a status remains unresolved.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use Kwiify for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access, abuse, unlawful communications, deceptive transactions, system interference or any activity that violates another person's rights. We may suspend accounts, decline transactions and cooperate with lawful investigations where necessary.
9. Reseller and vendor accounts
Agent, reseller, vendor or API access may have additional requirements, pricing and usage rules. Users remain responsible for their own customers, representations, websites, regulatory obligations and protection of any API credentials issued to them.
10. Third-party services
Third-party networks, billers, banks, payment gateways and other providers are responsible for their own systems and processing. Kwiify will provide reasonable assistance with supported disputes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems outside its control.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close an account to protect users, investigate suspicious activity, comply with legal requirements, address unpaid obligations or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion, subject to verification and retention of records required by law.
12. Intellectual property
The Kwiify name, logo, interface, content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No part may be copied, modified, sold or used to impersonate Kwiify without written permission.
13. Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, Kwiify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party outages, incorrect details entered by a user, unauthorised disclosure of security credentials or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
