How to request deletion

Contact Kwiify support
Use the button below or email us from the email address registered on your Kwiify account.

Identify your account
Use the subject “Account Deletion Request” and provide your registered email address or phone number. Never send your password, PIN or OTP.

Complete verification
Support may ask you to confirm account ownership and resolve pending transactions or wallet issues.
4
Deletion is processed
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will notify you when processing is complete.
